Did you know that if you change nothing.... Nothing will change?
I know how hard that FIRST STEP is, but that first step is the first change. It's okay to be scared. Change can be a scary thing because it's out of your normal activity, but don't quit on yourself. Don't go back to old ways... Remember, you took that FIRST STEP to change because YOU wanted to change!!
