Building arms & comforting a baby

0

Another successful workout completed! No excuses for this Momma of 3! No ifs ands or buts....

I could probably come up with a TON of excuses as to why I shouldn't workout... Why I couldn't workout. My excuses can be damn good ones, too. Excuses are powerful. Evil, in a sense. We believe them and think they are good enough to make you skip out on a workout... Trust me, I know!  Remember, if something is important to you, you'll find a way to fit it into your day or... You'll find an excuse!

Fitness is a priority to me. It doesn't mean I neglect my family, at all.  As a matter of fact, I workout when my older two are in school and my youngest is taking her morning nap. It's the perfect opportunity for me to "sweat like a pig to look like a fox!"

I want to be healthy. I want to be fit. I want to have fun being healthy & fit, too!

Now, that was earlier in the day....a little later on, Baby Girl awoke from her nap all stuffy and blah. Sick babies... You just feel so bad for them. She just wants to cuddle and be held.

With cold weather all around us... Someone is bound to catch a cold. Unfortunately, the first one to get sick is my sweet, baby girl!

Since I'm always with the baby, I know that I've gotta keep myself healthy (as best as I can).

Thank-freaking-goodness for Shakeology! It gives my body vitamins and nutrients that help to keep me healthy! And keeping my body healthy will also keep me from getting sick!!

Ain't nobody got time for icky colds!!
